What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sessions are set costs, the only time you may see additional costs is if I’m traveling outside my area.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by communicating budget and location ideas, discuss what they’re looking for, so I can plan posing ahead of time, I send a pricing sheet with a breakdown of what to expect and my different packages, once retainer is paid, I send scheduling confirmations and begins helping my clients plan and prepare for their session by helping with outfit and style guidance, etc.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
5 years of personal experience. I am self taught and take pride in my art and perspective!
