I have had 2 Reiki sessions with Charlene, 1 remote and 1 in person. At this time I knew very little about Reiki and what to expect. Charlene was kind and caring as she walked me through my first remote session. I was sceptical about the remote part of it but trusted Charlene completely. During this session I relaxed so much that I fell asleep for a bit so I don't remember all of it. I was pleasantly surprised how relaxed and rejuvenated I felt afterwards. My second session was in person, once again, Charlene walked me through every step of the process with love and kindness. I had allot of family medical issues I was juggling at this particular time and my stress level was maxed out. As the session began I could feel my tension releasing and was ecstatic with joy, I chose to become fully present with the session knowing this would bring the maximum benefit that I so desperately needed. I was not disappointed in my results! When we were done, I felt a lightness I hadn't felt in a very long time. I was rejuvenated and ready to take on whatever life had to offer me. I am eternally grateful to Charlene for enlightening me on the benefits of Reiki and everything it has to offer. I plan to add this to my self care maintenance so that I may continue to fight the good fight and successfully walk through everything that comes my way.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very reasonable both classes and healing sessions. As a Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher, I always strive for the student to received as much out of a class possible. With the healing sessions, clearings and receiving energy healing is the most relaxing feeling and promotes Love in the heart.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is important. Before a class, we contact the student a week before the class to prepare the body to received the placements/attunements or Ignitions. With the Reiki sessions, I prepare the client a day before or the day of several tips or suggestions to get the most out of the experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My first experience with Usui/Holy Fire II training all levels was on taken on the internet in 2019. After, receiving my certificates then I wanted to experience the Reiki training in person to know the difference. Then I took Usui/Holy Fire III training all levels in person with others. Both experiences were very rewarding. The I received my Crystalline Energy Healing practitioner training with Jayme Price in Sedona.
