- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can see exact pricing and rates by visiting our website. Base pricing typically starts anywhere from $800 - 3,000. Don't let higher prices scare you as we are conscious of the budget minded. I also work with clients that are budget minded where we will always find a way to appease them. We have stackable discounts for extra features and an excellent referral program to get excited about. We always look to give back in various ways.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have an in depth discussion about their vision so I can get inside their heads when it's time for the event. A consultation can be in person, over the phone or online. Once filming is finished I keep them informed with updates and answer any questions they have. Once the product is complete I will perfect any changes needed until everyone is happy. The project is then archived for peace of mind and can be revived whenever it's needed. Once a client, always a client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began video work and editing in 1998 in my later high school years. I continued with this through college, and my experiences and courses in Los Angeles. My main attributes are; camera work, editing, directing, acting, producing, and creative writing.
