FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
PRICING INFORMATION: Following our initial discussion on the technical aspects of your project—specifically the volume of footage and desired Final Edit duration—I will present you with a comprehensive estimate for the entire project. This estimate is divided into two payments: First Payment: 50% of the estimate is due upfront to commence work. Upon your approval of the Preliminary Edit: Second Payment: The remaining 50% is payable. Upon completion of the final stages, you will receive a high-quality video file of the ultimate version. Please note that expedited fees may be applicable if the project requires completion within a timeframe of less than 48 hours.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
CLIENT COLLABORATION PROCESS: 1. **Conceptualization:** You present the video idea, including photos, videos, music, and the envisioned final length. An estimate is provided based on our discussion. 2. **Financial Agreement:** A 50% initial payment is required at the project's commencement, with the remaining 50% due upon completion. Mutual agreement precedes any commitment. 3. **Secure File Transfer:** I facilitate a secure, private cloud folder for you to upload all necessary files. We strategize on the project's tone, display platform, and musical choices. 4. **Artistic Process:** Commencing the editing, I craft a Preliminary Edit. This allows you to ensure alignment with our plans. Corrections at this stage involve adjusting elements like footage order, music, or graphic names, not a complete project overhaul. 5. **Review and Approval:** Once satisfaction is mutual, the final payment is made. I then upload a watermark-free HQ video file to the cloud for convenient downloading to your device. Should you require YouTube uploading, this service is provided at no additional cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've started studying and later on working as a TV & Radio producer. Moved by passion I started doing photography as a hobby, which took me to get back to the classroom to study to become professional, which I did, and I started working as a photographer for Comedy Shows. From then and on, I've been taking all kind of courses to keep learning and growing, such as cinematography, editing, lighting, script writing, and more. The list keeps growing every year.
