Unfortunately they did not show up to our scheduled appointment! We confirmed for this Monday for them to come to my home to clean. They did not message me any of the days leading up to the clean and did not respond to my messages I had sent after not hearing from them. I messaged via Thumbtack and text and called the company but did not receive a call back. I hope everything is ok with their team though I would have appreciated a heads up as I took my dog to a boarding facility so I could have them come clean my home and would have loved to save on that unnecessary expense! I hope to use them in the future and actually get a sense for their services, I was looking forward to using them! *UPDATE*. After posting my review someone from the team reached out to me and let me know that they were unaware their tech did not show up today. They did offer to come out later today to clean my home after a job they are currently at though I reached out to a different company to come and do the clean prior to receiving a response from Building From the Ground Up. They did respond very quickly after I had posted the review and were very apologetic and offered a few solutions to their tech not showing up. Given a future opportunity, I will definitely reach out to them!
