I contacted InRush Electric Llc, based on some information I received from nextdoor.com where they had a great reputation. And it is well deserved! I was very impressed by their professionalism and punctuality as well as their willingness to thoroughly resolve the issues. They were punctual and met at the appointed time, very responsive and knew immediately how to fix my problems with my electricity. They are also very nice people and I highly highly recommend them to anybody who needs to hire them for electrical issues in the future.
