Introduction
One of my main passions in life is fitness and health. I have been in this industry for 13 years and I am NASM certified. I train in my own private studio gym that I own, so no distractions with other members and I am able to be very attentive. My goal is to help educate and teach my clients how to be fit and healthy throughout their life. I specifically tailor my meal plans and workout plans for my clients to help them correct muscle imbalances, bad posture, to increase their energy, increase BMR, flexibility, and strength. My philosophy is to teach the right way and healthy way without screwing up your metabolism. If you follow my direction there is nothing you can't accomplish.
I enjoy teaching and motivating my clients to be at there best mentally and physically. If I can help my clients achieve their goals and change there outlook on fitness, I feel like I accomplished something. I want you to be the best you can be and make your lifestyle choice a healthy one.

I must admit, when I was looking for a trainer, I didn't want to work with the opposite sex. I was self conscious and was worried about what they would think, but when I met Shane, all of that went out of the window. Shane makes you feel comfortable, there's always tons to talk about and things are never awkward. I've had a few personal trainers in the past but I've never been pushed or trained the way Shane does. Every session, he trains with different techniques, it's always something new and challenging. He's motivating, he pushes you to new extremes that you never knew you could reach -- he keeps you on your toes, for sure! You'll see the results you've been wanting. I definitely would recommend Shane to anyone who's looking.

I have never hired a personal trainer before and I had my doubts. But I am very happy to have found Shane. Shane is knowledgeable, mild mannered and has a great program. The private gym he trains in is great, plenty of room and top of the line equipment. I have been training for three months now and have made some noticeable gains. If you are looking for a trainer with experience, certifications and a great private gym, you have found it.

I have been working with Shane for the past two months. I was wanting to get in shape and live a healthier lifestyle, but had no idea where to start or what I am doing at a gym. Shane is friendly and very knowledgeable in weight training and nutrition. He explains everything he has me do and the reason behind why I am doing it. He really cares about his clients and enjoys helping them reach their personal goals. I can’t imagine finding a better trainer in Boise.
