FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The quote you receive on thumbtack is based on the job type or number of hours requested. In most cases, the quote will be spot on. You won't receive a "low ball" quote only to later find the price much higher. Upon completion of the assignment and expert editing, you're receive high resolution digital images with nothing further to buy. Overall, I think my pricing is extremely competitive and value oriented.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You will find my goal is to provide images that make you glad you hired a pro! You can bring your suggestions, ideas, pintrest examples, etcetera and I will incorporate your concepts to meet your needs. I'm always happy to answer any questions and happy to discuss with you your goals and objectives.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been shooting images since college (a long time ago). I have a good deal of technical knowledge and spent many, many years in camera stores sharing my knowledge with customers. Back in the film days, I had my own darkroom and developed my film and images. Now days it's all done on an iMac and my fingers no longer smell like fixer :). I have lots of gear, lighting, lenses, multiple camera bodies all available to make sure I have the right tool to get the job done!
