Hard Water Removal: This is available as an add-on for window cleaning but is not included in the standard service. Scheduling the Service Once the quote is approved, we schedule the service at a convenient time. We provide a 2-hour arrival window for all services. 3. Service Day Our team arrives within the scheduled time window and confirms the job details. We complete the service with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. For window cleaning, customers must ensure a 4-foot working area around all windows. 4. Post-Service Follow-Up Customers receive a detailed summary of the completed work. We ensure satisfaction before wrapping up. 5. Payment & Ongoing Support Payment can be made online or through our mobile app. For recurring services (like trash bin cleaning or dog poop scooping), we offer easy scheduling and subscription options.
