Ive been renting from them for two years. They are incredibly responsive to any issues that arise and their staff is so kind (especially Kimmi)! Appreciate having a property management company that is willing to answer any questions I may have and send support quickly if repairs are needed.

They are great with getting back to you if anything is wrong with the property. They call and give up dates when someone is stopping by and if there is a possible charge towards you they are upfront about it. Over all they are nice and amazing people. I would highly recommend them if you want to rent.

I have lived here almost 3 years and have always been pleased with the great customer service I have received, office is very responsive if anything is wrong or needs attention. Kimmi is great and friendly to work with.
