I've managed rental properties for over 5 years, coordinated detailed projects on properties and facilities, operated a +$500K yearly budget for a business, and managed over 90 employees at one time. I am a competent property manager that provides detailed tenant screenings, constant networking, and minimal vacancy on properties. AJ and Pacific Crest are amazing! He recently took over property management duties on a couple rentals and totally turned things around for me. AJ has been managing a rental for me since July 2024. Initially, the property was idle, but after AJ contacted me and shared his vision for the property I was easily convinced to enlist him as a partner. He handled the necessary repairs and found a top-notch tenant within a week - solvent, quiet, low maintenance. From my involvement in the screening process, it is clear that AJ prioritized these attributes.
Every dimension of the arrangement has been entirely favorable - tenant screening, repairs, record-keeping, communication, anticipation, etc. I simply do not have to expend energy or worry on this property as it is all handled by AJ. AJ is a cut above, and so is his operation.

What a godsend for my husband and I AJ has been. Being elderly, it is not easy to find a worker as professional, neat, clean and with the willingness to help in a timely manner.
