- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Listening carefully and compassionately to what their specific needs and symptoms are. Finding out what their daily life routines are and how they may relate to their symptoms. Following up with table assessment, mapping out related myofascial trigger points. This allows them to notice where they are holding tension in areas previously not realized and how each area relates to the whole.Letting them know once we begin they can give feedback to their comfort level throughout massage with a scale of 1-10. During interview I also inform them of post massage procedures to assure as best as possible to flush toxins released and gentle stretches and exercises to reacquaint the mind/body with what may be a dramatic shift from tension to more youthful, supple body.
