- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer service and quality of work is everything!!! We typically are never the cheapest. This is due to our new state of the are equipment, top of the line products, and need to pay our skilled and knowledgable technicians. Don't get fooled by the cheapest price you find. All carpet cleaning, is not the same.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A conversation is typically the best. This is due to the fact that we offer so many amazing services. Customer are blown away that they can typically have their entire house professionally cleaned, by one company and a conversation with our amazing customer support team tends to work out the best. However you can text or email us as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are certified and have gone through extensive training. No technician is allowed out by themselves without going through our companies extensive 90 day training process. Ask them any question and just watch how knowledgable they are.
