- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates on all reroofing projects. With decades of experience roofing in the Treasure Valley our roofing systems are designed to go the distance. Our estimates are structured in “good - better - best” grades so there are options for every budget without ever having to sacrifice on quality.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The best place to start is with an on-site evaluation of your roof. This is when the project is planned and we determine all the work that needs to be done for your particular home. It’s also a good time to ask any questions you might have. It is our goal to give you a sense of how we do things and why. That way you can be confident and knowledgeable no matter who ends up doing the work on your home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone on staff at Superior Roofing is first and foremost a highly trained roofer. We may serve as salesmen or project managers but only after first excelling as roofers. Our roofers participate in weekly training and earn certifications in the roofing systems we install. Our training program is run by NRCA, the oldest and most respected roofing trade organization in the US, of which we are proud members in good standing.
