Phill is my third try at a personal trainer and I hit the jackpot! He listened closely to my short and long term goals and didn't waste anytime getting me started. My short term goal was to lose some weight for an event. Phill is not big on frequent weights but I lost the 10 lbs I wanted to in a month and I fit into my clothes! I did not diet or starve myself but took his recommendation on good nutrition. Now we are focused on strength and building muscle. I am somewhat athletic but Phill focuses on what you need and is always concerned about safety and pushing you to the appropriate limits no matter what your fitness level is. I haven't felt this strong and good in years!

It's been about two weeks since Phillip and I have been working together. In that time, I've received cutting edge coaching on nutrition, supplements, in addition to sincere care and encouragement which have laid the groundwork for beginning success! I suffered with chronic pain from severe osteoarthritis and have already seen results in a 40% reduction of pain. Phillip has worked with me in gradually introducing an alternating, combination of upper and lower body strength building exercises coupled with cardio on the days when we're not in session. However, we have kept in contact on other days via text about my medical follow ups, water intake, as a way of monitoring my progress with a regimen geared towards meeting my weight loss and toning goals. I previously, understood the importance of the mind, body, spirit connection. However, I didn't imagine the benefits of Personal Training to the balance of these areas just by making adjustments in one's view of what it means to have the support in Phillip's professionalism and timely interventions for the foundation to achieving lifelong goals. Once more, the experience has seemingly been effortless despite all the work that we have accomplished in little time. This is testimony to the work of a great human being in Phillip!

I’ve had several trainers in the past and Phillip is by far the most experienced trainer I’ve worked with for nutrition, reaching and maintaining my fitness goals and educating me on how to navigate my personal fitness struggles. He knows exactly how to fix and target my trouble spots such as recovering from lower back injuries, strengthening those weak muscles and how to properly maintain to avoid more injuries. My personal struggles came from lower back issues and having affective workouts with my busy schedule. He dives in and leaves no issue untouched! In addition, his work ethic motivates me to work harder in all aspects of my life. He sets the foundation for structure for any success so when I fall off for a few days I know what I need to do to stay consistent.
