Whatever your goal, we begin with a comprehensive client assessment so that we can measure results and make adjustments when necessary. If you're not measuring, you're just guessing!

Moving for Better Balance NASM Fitness Nutrition Specialist Precision Nutrition Coach Healthy Lifestyles Behavior Change Coach Enhance Fitness Instructor Diabetes Prevention Instructor Maggie Williamson My degrees include a Master's of Social Work (specialized in child/family wellness) and a Bachelor's of Psychology. I am certified by the National Acedemy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Specialist & Weight Loss Specialist I am also certified in: Moving For Better Balance, Enhance Fitness, and TRX (suspension training).

We work with a wide range of client ages, abilities, and fitness levels. Individual goals and motivations may vary, so we are careful to listen, understand, and develop a personalized program for each person.
