FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is based on the scope of the project, the materials required, and the time it will take to complete the job. I provide detailed, written estimates after assessing your project. This includes labor, materials, and any other costs, so there are no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone call, email, or text to discuss your project. I’ll ask a few questions to understand your needs and give you a general idea of whether it’s something I can help with. If it sounds like a good fit, I’ll schedule a time to visit your property. This allows me to assess the project in person, take measurements, and ask more detailed questions to fully understand your goals. I’ll provide a written estimate that outlines the scope of work, materials needed, timeline, and cost. I want to make sure there are no surprises, so I’m happy to answer any questions you have about the estimate. Once you’re comfortable with the estimate, we’ll agree on the terms and schedule a start date. I’ll keep you updated on any changes or delays and make sure the timeline works for you. On the day of the job, I’ll arrive on time, prepared with the necessary tools and materials. I’ll keep the work area clean and tidy, and I’ll communicate with you throughout the process to ensure everything is going as planned. Once the work is complete, I’ll walk you through the project to make sure you’re completely satisfied. After that, I’ll provide any warranties or follow-up information you might need. My goal is to make the entire process easy, transparent, and stress-free for you while delivering high-quality results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve learned most of what I know through hands-on experience and a lot of trial and error. I’ve always been someone who enjoys figuring out how things work and finding practical solutions to problems. Over the years, I’ve taken on a variety of projects—both for myself and for others—which has given me a wide range of skills in repairs, maintenance, and general handyman work. I’m also someone who takes pride in doing the job right, so I’m always researching, asking questions, and learning new techniques to improve my work. My experience and dedication to quality have helped me build a solid reputation for getting the job done well."
