BY IT Solutions was by far the best Computer Repair service I’ve ever used. Bryant arrived later the day I contacted him, worked for a couple hours to find the problems with both my PCs, told me exactly what to order, and came back when the parts arrived to install them. I will never use any other service again.

Bryant was tenacious and continued to work on my printer until he exhausted every possible solution. He was unable to repair my 7y/o printer but I was encouraged by his pleasant attitude and tenacity as well as his ability to look at various possibilities of what might be wrong. He was very fair and reasonable in his travel fee. I am passing his information on to family and friends that may need technology services in the future. I will definitely be calling him the next time I have a technology problem.

Brent responded to my email quickly and we set up an appointment for an agreed upon day. He called before and let me know when he would arrive.
