BY IT Solutions was by far the best Computer Repair service I’ve ever used. Bryant arrived later the day I contacted him, worked for a couple hours to find the problems with both my PCs, told me exactly what to order, and came back when the parts arrived to install them. I will never use any other service again.

Brent responded to my email quickly and we set up an appointment for an agreed upon day. He called before and let me know when he would arrive. Bryan had to order parts to make my repair. He kept me updated on the progress of the process. When he contacted me to schedule the repair he arrived promptly and on time at the agreed upon time. He completed the repairs promptly. There was a driver issue following the screen replacement. He stayed on the project until the screen worked as it should. He was professional a courteous throughout the process. My tablet is just like new now.
