Chad is wonderful! He owned his own construction company for 30 years but doesn't mind doing the small stuff people don't have time for (in this case, Christmas lights). He's punctual and enthusiastic and so clearly capable of just about anything you'd throw at him. And a really nice person to boot. Big thumbs up.
