- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a flat fee videographer, so no hidden charges, travel expenses, or overage charges. I go over and beyond for my clients, and work hard to make everything run smoothly. Out of the hundreds of weddings I've filmed, I have no negative reviews, only positive ones, there's a reason for that.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with my clients in person to get a feel if they are a good fit, then I walk them through the process, it's very simple. If meeting in person is not an option, then I communicate promptly and efficiently through email, or a conference call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Years of experience and a lot of knowledge. Knowledge is power.
