This was our 31 year old Colorado Blue Spruce that my husband and I planted ourselves.. They charged us $300.00 to hang a strand of 100 lights. It took them approximately 30 minutes..This is a 15- 20 foot tall tree.. I immediately sent the pictures to my oldest daughter, who is a 4th grade school teacher. She asked me, did some of the lights go out? I said no, this is the job they did. They did offer to finish the job for another $200.00. I told them I could not afford $500.00 to decorate a tree..They did refund my money. The tree is dark now.. I am 61 years of age, and my husband is 65 years of age and he is a surviving cancer patient. I was 30 years of age when we planted the tree, and he was 34 years of age then. Next year we will try to do it ourselves and I guarantee you it will be done right, and it will be spectacular!!

When originally discussed you were told that we use the mini LEDs to light the trees due to there being more lights. You requested a picture as an example, you replied and said they looked great. The day of us installing the lights you emailed back saying you wanted C9 Multi Color as we were already on the way. You notified us when we arrived on site that you had emailed about wanting C9s instead. We obliged and did the best we could even going beyond the estimated budget. You were unhappy and we issued a full refund. You said you would not give a bad review. Yet here we are, we did what we could to help you even after originally saying we would not do the tree since it's growing into the power line. Actions like this that you have taken is exactly how you get businesses to not take any risk with helping others, because even when you give it a shot to do your best you still go out of your way to complain that you didn't get your way. I would just admit to your grand daughter that it your decision that resulted in the tree not being lit.
