Hello, my name is Justice and I’m eager to work and possess an attention to detail. I bring an attention to detail all while remaining efficient. My experience is in multiple areas including roles in leadership which has taught me the importance of teamwork as well as honing my ability to work without supervision and see the task thru to the end. I served as a project mgr for a roofing company, and a sales manager for a high end home audio company which included opening of new locations. As far as tools, I am proficient with just about any hand tool, powered or manual. I got there by having grown up and worked on a farm until I graduated high school. I’ve completed many home projects such as flooring, trim work, decks, etc. I’m also certified as a forklift operator and the telehandler. I won’t shy away from any project I can have a positive effect on, but I will be honest if a task is beyond my scope. Having been a project mgr gave me extensive experience in working with home owners and overcoming many challenges one might come across in the construction business. Finally, logistics (warehousing, inventory and shipping) is an area I’m an also confident with, having been responsible for the outgoing and incoming materials and product at both the roofing and home audio positions.
