What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want them to know that Customer Service, Quality, Efficiency, and Safety is equal to all customers whether your new or someone I've worked in the past with. I don't want to separate new customers from every other customer, that would be unfair. Every customer should have an equal opportunity for a chance of quality work to be done at their home or business.
