- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I usually charge a flat-rate based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. This seems to work better for the customer, as they know what they will be paying up front. Once in awhile it is necessary to start with an hourly rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with clients in their home. I brief them on my experience, then a discussion takes place regarding their needs & concerns. If they feel I can be of assistance, we take a tour & discuss what they would like to have done in each room. We then discuss pricing & proceed to scheduling.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm always searching the internet for information when trouble shooting. I won't stop until I find a solution that works!
