When the technician arrives at your home, he'll evaluate your electrical system and give you an up-front price before he begins work. There's no need to worry what your bill will be when the job is complete, because you'll already know the price ahead of time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
One of our friendly customer service representatives will collect your information by phone when you call in and schedule a time that best works for you to meet personally with one of our professional electricians.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The state of Iowa requires us to hold an electrical contractor's license to operate. This means that each of our electricians has had the necessary professional training to be proficient in the electrical field.
