Hoss didn’t finish the job. Blamed it on his associate. Ignored my calls. One time he answered because he forgot he was supposed to ignore me and then hung up on me. Then tried to buy me off by saying he would give me 250 bucks to say the job was finished and then didn’t ever pay me. Still left with unfinished laundry room. Was going to reseal my concrete but never came back. Was supposed to do more projects for me but since he started ignoring me.. those projects never got done. Then he gaslit me saying things were done etc. never asked me once about if I was happy with a “finished” project. That is what I’d expect from a professional contractor. To come to me to ask.. is this what you wanted? Are you happy? So unprofessional. Terrible people skills. Can’t believe he treated me this way. Reported him to the better business bureau.

Just great! The communication for me is the most important always made sure to let me know what step was next in the process and if anything came up I know right away. Also time was important everything got done and left tidy thank you!
