My quality of cleaning may not be for everyone, but if you want someone who will treat your home like their own, I’m the right fit. And although I stand by the value I offer, I’m always open to discussing discounts based on your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts me, the fastest way to reach me is through text message, and I respond right away. I provide a flat rate upfront with no hidden or extra costs. Once we’ve booked the appointment, I take care of everything. After the cleaning, you can conveniently pay through a secure link on my website. It's a simple and seamless process designed for your ease and peace of mind.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been running my own cleaning business since 1997. Throughout my career, I've worked with 5-star hotels and trained cleaning staff across Europe for luxury hotels and other cleaning companies. My experience spans more than two decades of hands-on, high-level service, with a focus on delivering meticulous results. I’ve mastered advanced cleaning techniques, ensuring my clients receive the best service possible. I also continuously update my knowledge on tools and methods to maintain the highest standard of cleanliness.
