Normal rate is $70 for the first hour and then $50 per hour after. Handyman with experience installing TV Wall Mounts, Closet Shelving, Ceiling Fans, Light Fixtures (Vanity, Recessed, Flush Mount, Chandelier, Exterior, etc…), Sink Faucets, Sliding Barn & Screen Doors, laying laminate vinyl flooring as well as above range Microwaves & hooking up electric washers & dryers. I’m also available to assemble furniture and help with other misc. handyman jobs. I specialize in quicker jobs with flexibility to work around clients schedules to complete during day, evenings or weekends. I have a full-time day job with flexibility and I enjoy working with my hands so looking to help customers out at a fair price.
