Came from New York City to Des Moines Iowa and now we have opened our 3rd department for services here in Louisiana and happy to announce that the new local service department is here to help you within all types of services no matter how big or small. Corporate Updates: 2024 New Service Department Branch Opening in New Orleans LA. As of Jan 1st 2024 we are relocating the mothering company Imperium Investment Management LLC to New Orleans LA. IIM Service Solutions LLC Des Moines is still currently active and even though some are sad to see their technician Stephen relocated your new local service technician Mike Osborn is highly proffesional and came highly recomemded. Stephen RM Maher will be leading our new service branch located in New Orleans Louisiana while Mike will be taking over all incoming work orders for Iowa as we push forward in these new updates for 2024. We thank you for all your support from our customers in Iowa and we assure you on fare rates and our proffessional services the great people of Iowa look for when it comes to their service needs. ========================================================= A Breach In Thumbtack's Systems 2023. For those impacted last year with our hacked thumbtack account for the Des Moines service department, all personal customer data was not at risk as our privacy measures through our server security system on all saved data arcived within our seperate business data syatem is 100% safe and secure. The only impact this hack had on the company was redirecting incoming customer requests to an online site asking those who are in need of services to pay out the sum for services upfront or reqesting personal information. We will not ask customers for card information online or ask a customer to fully pay any service upfront before a project has been started. Most of all customers payments are made securly via Square Pay and once after the work order has been completed, no card information is stored on our system unless granted by the card holders after paying an invoice. All auto bookings do come with a fee and is to be incorporated into the bill or invoice once the work orders on those days have been completed and closed. thank you for choosing IIM Service Solutions. Disclosure for what is to be paid before services: Once a customer reaches out about their services to us VIA Thumbtack, there is a $45 fee for communication through Thumbtack portal. If the customer hired another pro or rejects services after communications, the $45 sum will be billed VIA text or by email to the customer and must be paid. Leads are not free and are not cheap though as establishing the customer for all future projects, all Thumbtack charges are waived as long as the customer reaches out to our account managers without going through the Thumbtack portals. We use the Thumbtack platform for customer relations and marketing. Most of all of our services are calculated by hour, which there is a 2 hour minimum for all hourly calculated services. Though there is no way to specify this under how they arrange our price to show true value to the customer. There is a $55 booking cost if booked through thumbtack incorporated in with the sum of that service under the 2 hour minimum. (example: 160.50 after tax plus 55.00 for thumbtack booking = 215.50) $55 charge for all pre-booked work orders only are applied when booking us directly through thumbtack portal. $45 will be charged to all customers when reaching out to us when using Thumbtack. This $45 can be waived by either hiring our services through the Thumbtack portal or by connecting with one of our account manager directly for future service purposes without using the Thumbtack portals. These fees are only applied to using Thumbtack portal. Avoid these charges in tje future by going with us directly.
