Hello I'm Matt owner operator of All Iowa Handyman Services. I've worked in the construction industry since 1998, working in the fields of HVAC/GEOTHERMAL, Electrical, plumbing, carpentry and framing on new construction and retrofit existing residences. Right now my business is relying on repeat customers but there's only so much you can fix/change/upgrade before The customers happy with what they have. So I'm looking for new repeat customers.

Matt came to install my new KitchenAid dishwasher. The dishwasher presented code FAE4 then F8E4. Long story short, Matt spent A LOT of time over 2 days trying to make this right, when in reality my dishwasher was delivered with a bad motor. Thanks for giving it your all, Matt.

We bought a new railing for our front yard steps. I had Matt come over to install the railing, and in an hour he was finished and the job was excellent. It was so good, we bought a second and had him install that, too. Nothing but great experiences.

I’d refer him to anyone. Great work and an even better human being. Doesn’t over charge and isn’t looking to pull a fast one on you. I wish there were more people in his field like him. Give him a shot. You won’t be disappointed.

I have a average rate is $70 per hr for every day projects. I do enjoy my repeat customers because I've come to learn to expect what they're looking for which makes my job easier.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in HVAC-Geothermal in 1998. working in New construction both commercial and residential, commercial and residential retrofit, And I've remodeled 4 houses doing all the mechanical myself. I learned a lot about all fields while doing this type of work.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All customers. I do not discriminate against work! If you need work done than you're my type of customer.
