- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing will be given in writing before any work is completed
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will be in uniform, and fully wrapped marked vehicle. Your technician will call at least 30 minutes ahead to let you know they are in route.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians are trained and certified with the International Door Education Association. Technicians also complete continuing education training yearly to ensure they are able to repair your garage door and opener, and provide a warranty for all work completed.
