I called Hicklin Overhead Doors based on their online reviews and I could not be more pleased with the service and the outcome. The service tech was at my door less than 3 hours after my call. The simple broken spring replacement was a real Pandora's Box, but the tech never gave up and even had to call for reinforcements. Although it took much longer to find and fix the root cause of the broken spring, they stood by the original estimate and not increasing labor charges although they certainly had every right to do so. I strongly recommend Hicklin Overhead Doors to anyone needing garage door repairs. I know I am a lifelong customer. All I can say is: Thank you, thank you very much!
