- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At APS we care about our customers and know that pricing matters. We are not out there offering gimmicks just simple pricing that is reasonable. We want to make sure you don't get taken advantage of. We are LOCALLY owned and operated and have an A+ rating with the BBB. We care about our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At APS, we care about our service. We do not just give a ballpark and replace equipment with the same thing you already have. We take the time to measure what you need and do things the right way! We care about your home and your comfort! We make sure we don't skip steps and provide proper equipment and installation. We have heard the horror stories and we've been called to fix those "fast, quick deals". Call APS for a job done right!

Our technicians are highly skilled and trained. APS guarantees the job done right. We don't take shortcuts and provide good old-fashioned quality service and care for our customers. We know home comfort is important and we care about quality!
