- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is competitive and a fair value in the market place. My primary service area is the Des Moines, IA metro If someone is needing my services outside of the Des Moines metro, please note that a trip charge may apply, please ask for details at the time of scheduling your appointment
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When contacted by a potential new customer, I prefer to setup a time to meet them in person if possible to build a working relationship so we have looked at the project together and have discussed the potential options to achieve their end goals in the project
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of my training has been from experiences I have gained from doing projects in my own home and also through previous work experiences which included working on a maintenance team in a senior living community
