3. We offer a 30 minute introduction Zoom to get started at no charge.
4. We do not accept insurance. Zoom only outside Omaha area.
5. Lonnie has over 30 years of counseling experience. In his sessions he will guide you through biblical and science-based practices for navigating change from a place of empowerment. You will learn HeartMath techniques for intelligent energy management and self-regulation. You will grow in your understanding of trauma: how it impacts the mind and body, and disconnects us from the flow of life and freedom we are designed for.
6. Lonnie's passion is to help people identify roadblocks in their life and relationships and giving them the tools that will open new opportunities in areas like; *communication, *intimacy, *building trust back into relationships, *managing family stress, and *navigating life changes.
7. We do offer multiple-session discount.
Lonnie Parton:
My wife, Carolyn and I have been married for 45 years and we have three children and five grandchildren. We were licensed foster parents for more than 10 years to 39 children most of which were teens.
