FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
1. Pricing Structure Transparent and Competitive Pricing: At Roof Rite Solutions, LLC, we believe in offering competitive pricing that reflects the quality of our services. We provide upfront quotes based on a detailed assessment of your roofing needs. There are no hidden fees—what we quote is what you pay. Project-Based Pricing: Pricing is typically based on the size and complexity of the roofing project. Whether it's a new roof installation, roof replacement, or repair, each job is priced according to its specific requirements, including the materials, labor, and time needed to complete it. Material Choices: We offer a range of roofing materials (asphalt shingles, metal roofing, flat roofing systems, etc.), and prices may vary depending on the material you select. Premium materials or specific customizations may result in a higher price, but we offer options for all budget ranges. 2. Discounts Seasonal Discounts: Roof Rite Solutions, LLC occasionally offers seasonal discounts. These promotions are typically available during periods of low demand (e.g., during the fall or winter months) to help customers take advantage of lower prices. Referral Program: We reward our loyal customers! If you refer someone who successfully hires us, you may be eligible for a discount or gift card. Senior Citizens & Military Discount: We offer special discounts for senior citizens and military personnel as a thank-you for their service and support. New Customer Discounts: First-time customers may qualify for a special discount on their first roofing project with us. 3. Fees Inspection Fees: In certain cases, we charge a nominal fee for roof inspections, which may be credited back to your project if you proceed with a full roofing service. Permit Fees: Depending on your local regulations, there may be permit fees associated with certain roofing projects, particularly new roof installations or significant repairs. Roof Rite Solutions will assist in handling the paperwork and ensure all permits are obtained on your behalf. Emergency Service Fees: If you require emergency roofing services outside of regular business hours, there may be additional fees for rapid response or after-hours work. Travel Fees: For projects located outside our primary service area, a travel fee may apply to cover the costs of transportation. 4. Payment Plans and Financing Flexible Payment Options: We understand that roofing projects can be a significant financial investment. That's why we offer flexible payment options, including financing plans to make the process easier and more affordable. Financing Partnerships: We work with trusted financing partners to offer low-interest and no-interest payment plans. Customers can apply for financing directly through Roof Rite Solutions, and we will guide them through the process. Deposit Requirements: For larger projects, we may require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. The deposit amount will be specified in the contract, and we strive to keep it reasonable. 5. Warranty Information Workmanship Warranty: We stand by the quality of our work, which is why we offer a workmanship warranty on all roofing installations and major repairs. This warranty ensures that if any issues arise due to workmanship, we will address them at no additional cost to you. Manufacturer’s Warranty: In addition to our workmanship warranty, the materials we use come with manufacturer warranties. These warranties cover defects in the materials and typically last between 20 to 50 years, depending on the product. 6. Cancellation and Refund Policy Cancellation Policy: If a customer needs to cancel or postpone a project, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to avoid any cancellation fees. The specifics of this will be outlined in the contract. Refunds: Refunds are generally not offered once a project has begun. However, if the customer is dissatisfied with the quality of the service provided, we will work to resolve the issue, which may include partial refunds or additional work at no extra charge to ensure satisfaction. 7. Additional Considerations Estimates vs. Final Costs: While we provide free initial estimates, the final cost may vary based on unforeseen issues (e.g., hidden damage, need for additional materials). We will inform customers of any changes to the price before proceeding with work. Upfront Communication: We believe in clear communication from the outset. If there are any changes to pricing, fees, or the scope of the project, we will inform customers as soon as possible, ensuring there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I keep it simple and professional: You reach out – Tell me what you need done. You can send photos or a quick description. I respond quickly – I’ll ask any follow-up questions and give you a rough estimate or schedule a time to see it in person. You get a clear quote – No surprises, no upselling—just fair pricing based on what the job really takes. We schedule the work – I show up on time, get it done right, and clean up after. You inspect it – If you're not satisfied, I fix it. If you are, we settle up. That’s it—no drama, no delays, no B.S. Just good, honest work from someone who respects your time and your home.
