I’ve used PowerTech in my personal homes, AirBNBs, and a home I rehabbed. They are extremely professional, always on time, clean up after themselves, and can solve even the trickiest requests. Several of my properties they work on are historic homes that present unique problems and they’ve always been able to find a solution. I’ve had them do everything from full panel upgrades to simple outlet additions.
In my personal home I needed additional lighting in a few rooms, power to Tvs without unsightly cords, and ambient heating. Several other companies stated this couldn’t happen without cutting lots of holes to route wires. PowerTech’s team was able to do all of this seamlessly with minimal patching needed afterwards and even added dimmers for me to make it even better!
I would highly recommend this company for any of your residential or commercial needs.

Once I purchased my home, they were able to get a tech out to remove the knob and tube in the attic in a reasonable time and made sure to explain the process throughout.
