- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide fixed prices based upon the service to be provided. That way you know in advance what they will pay.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Tier One has two parts; 1) Discovery is where we contact the IRS on your behalf to determine the source of any debt and the remaining statutes on that debt. We also determine any current and future collection actions. 2) Financial Analysis is where we gather financial information from the client to determine and develop the plan of action.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified Tax Resolution Specialist (CTRS) through the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, Fellow Candidate through the National Tax Professionals Institute, and Certified Public Accountant. Juris Master in tax law from Thomas Jefferson School of Law.
