- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am usually right in the middle for pricing. Never the highest and try to be fair and have the cost match the work needed to be done. Followed up with good workmanship and great cleanup.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once I’ve responded and had a chance to look at work and send a formal estimate it is up to the customer to decide if they approve or deny the estimate. They can do so on the estimate link I send. If approved I will contact customer and set up a day and time to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years of roofing background to include my HAAG certification as a residential roof inspector. One of certifications insurance adjusters or home inspectors would have. I do a lot of repairs to roofs and siding these days.
