- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do charge a travel fee for any location further than 40 miles driving. We recommend you check out our website to use our travel fee calculator.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whether booking through Thumbtack, or anywhere else, you will need to fill out a booking request on our website. Do this ASAP so we can ensure you get a spot on our calendar. Once submitted, we'll schedule your movers and contact you once we're all set. Our movers will arrive at location to help you with whatever you need and once finished, they'll walk you through our payment portal where you can enter your credit card information at the end. You pay ONLY after the job is finished.
