- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If the work site is further than 50 miles from the office (CedarRapids, IA), there is an increase to the labor rates due to the extra mileage required. ($60/hr base rate increases to $75/hr). All instant book jobs have a minimum 2 hour service charge. All appointments require a 48 hour notice of any cancelation or postponement. If a project needs postponed, clients have up to 48 hours after the start date to reschedule before accruing a cancelation fee of $50.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All employees fully OSHA trained with a combined 20+ years in the construction and remodeling industry. One employee is a formally trained roofer and framer. The other is experienced with full house remodeling involved with flipping homes. Whereas the owner, Shawn, has been trained and certified as an electrician, insulation and framing technician, concrete worker, hardscaping and landscaping foreman, and has overseen aspects of new home construction.

We have worked with everything from medium sized businesses to homeowners with houses less than a thousand square feet, and everything in between.
