- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are all inclusive. When, I quote you a fee, there are no hidden travel charges or additional costs involved. Also, I guarantee that you will LOVE what I do for you. If you are dissatisfied, I guarantee a full refund of all fees and charges.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you choose me for your event, I will call to confirm all of the details and then send an email confirmation with an invoice for your records. Your fee is due the day of the event. I typically arrive 45 - 60 minutes prior to the start of your event and bring all of my own equipment. Nothing is required from you except a space and an audience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a professional magician for nearly 10 years. I learned my first trick about 21 years ago. Since then, I have been the president of The Quad Cities Magic Club and the magician of the year.
