- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process we go through with a new client or customer, beyond the basics, has a lot to do with what services you’ve hired us to do. 1) For routine lawn care and property maintenance, we begin by creating a file on property specifics; such as pets, fencing or barriers, slopes and hills, etc. Then we find a place in our weekly/bi-weekly schedule that works out the best logistically. - We also offer specific time and day options at extra charge for customers who need lawn care between certain times or on certain days! 2) For landscape projects, we like to start off by getting a better understanding of what the customer wants. If they know specifically what they want done; we ask questions that only pertain to that vision and to make sure the final result is exactly what they were thinking! When it comes to individuals, who maybe need a little help or want our professional opinion on what should or could be done; we want to get to know them as a person. Doing this allows us to come up with ideas and designs that directly reflect our new customer. Once we complete your next landscape dream, the exterior of your home will be just as “you” as the interior!

Our client base ranges across the board from customers who know exactly what they want; to some, who just hand us the keys to a blank landscape and let us go! No matter what side of the spectrum you are on, we guarantee you will be satisfied with the final outcome. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the design and instillation process, ensuring you that our work will stand the test of time. All of our hardscapes come with a 2-year warranty -under normal wear in which the installation was designed for- from the completion date.
