- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For standard cleaning which include dusting, swiping and mapping the floor, cleaning the counter tops, windows, ceilings etc. . All basic cleanings of the house can be taken care. The price for standard cleaning is $25 per hour Standard Cleaning Checklist: 1) Bedroom: make bed or change sheets; dust bedboards, dressers, nightstands, mirrors. 2) Bathroom: clean mirror, sink, toilet; wash showers and tubs; disinfect and clean toilets; dust shelve, handles, decor. 3) Kitchen: spot clean cabinet fronts; clean countertops and stove op; clean inside microwave and exterior appliances. 4) General Areas: general dusting, furniture; tidy up, organize; vacuum lift entry mat; vacuum and mop floor; remove trash to garbage cans. For deep cleaning, it includes taking care of the entire house. From cleaning living rooms to cleaning bathrooms, taking the trash outs etc. The Price for deep cleaning will be $70 per hour. Deep Cleaning Check list 1) Entire Home: dust, vacuum, mop; clean ceiling fans; clean windows and window frames; clean garbage bins; clean blinds and wash curtains; replace air filters; clean baseboards and door frames; check fire alarms and carbon monoxide detector. 2) For Kitchen: clean fridge, clean oven, scrub inside, clean stove top, hood fans, stove grates; move and clean behind fridge and oven; clean backsplash and counters; clean dishwasher, empty filter, clean drain; clean microwave, clean freezer; clean and organize cabinets and pantry; mop and sweep floor, clean utensil holder. 3) For bathroom: clean grout; wash shower curtains and scrub liner, wash rugs, clean mirror with glass cleaner; clean toothbrush holder; clean bath, shower and faucet; clean sink and faucet; clean toilet interior, base, and tank. 4) For bedroom: wash bedding, throw blankets, pillow covers; flip or rotate mattress, clean out drawers and closets; dust end tables and dressers; wash curtains; clean under bed. 5) For living room: clean electronics, wipe down remotes; vacuum couch, wash pillow covers and throw blankets; shampoo carpet, mop wood floors,; wash and shampoo rugs. 6) Outside: clean doors, clean porch, clean outdoor furniture.
