- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer customizable pricing based on the number of guests, drink selection, and duration of the event. A deposit is required to secure your date, and full payment is due 30 days before the event. We’re transparent with all fees up front—no hidden charges. We also offer discounts for weekday events, repeat clients, and certain nonprofit functions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a free consultation to understand the event, number of guests, and drink preferences. Then we offer custom package options and a contract that outlines pricing, deposit, and services. Once confirmed, we stay in touch for any updates and arrive early on event day to set up and serve.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve completed alcohol safety and handling certifications, as required in Iowa, and have hands-on training in mixology and customer service. Additionally, I’ve studied business analytics and finance, which helps with pricing, logistics, and smooth operations.
