I’m an experienced and versatile “number cruncher” who has worked across various industries and businesses, but my specialty is working with digital marketing agencies. I can control the figures and free up the creative minds to do what they do best.
My previous career was as an agricultural specialist, and it is where my affinity and strength working with numbers were developed. Being stuck in a lab all day, however, means there is little human connection. But I truly believe that numbers bind us all, and when I looked for a career option that put people and numbers together, bookkeeping was the obvious choice.
But even more than that, I believe in entrepreneurship and the American Dream. I was raised in Eastern Ukraine in the Socialist Soviet Union, but my husband and I decided we wanted to rebuild our lives in America when the Iron Curtain fell.
Today, we live in Iowa with our three children. And not only do I get to build my own business, but I can now free entrepreneurs from the financial minutia, helping them to grow and free up their time to pursue their passions and goals.
I understand that financial management is stressful if you don’t understand it. Still, it’s also something that tends to get ignored unless you are really motivated to do it, and that can have enormous consequences for a business owner.
Tell me if this sounds familiar:
👉 You’ve invested a substantial amount of money establishing your business, but you do not see an ROI as quickly as you’d like.
👉 You’re spending too much time working ON the business instead of IN the business.
👉 You feel like you’re spread too thin across your client work and simply don’t have the time to deal with your business's financial aspects.
👉 You’re unsure how much to pay yourself, and your quarterly/annual tax installments are a constant source of confusion that risks becoming a nasty surprise come tax time.
👉 You’re unclear on your business's exact financial health at any given time, which makes it difficult to make important decisions with total clarity and confidence.
A successful foundation for any business is smart financial practices. But you didn’t start your business to become a financial expert - yet that’s the expectation and obligation placed upon you…
► It’s time you did your business, and yourself, a favor by putting the right person with the right systems in place so you can get back to doing what you do best, and I’ll take care of the numbers, so you always know where your business stands.
