Hi Danielle. We went over this from the beginning of the move. Our sales department as well as myself, went over details of how we charge, packing supplies were billed additional to your hourly quote, and what was considered average time for the move you requested. We also explained that having the container parked far from the house would take a bit more time than if it were close due to us having to load the truck and unload into the container, as well as a good amount of extra time to bring a 2 bedroom apartment full of furniture and boxes down a 3 story building. As explained previously, the 3 man crew worked within what is reasonable time for this job. We are straightforward with everything that entails your move and provided every detail as requested. We have the obligation to our workers who work very hard to make the move happen and cannot afford to give out discounts indiscriminately.
