- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I aim to keep my prices fair, while being reflective of the high quality of work that I'm committed to delivering.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After getting an inquiry my initial goal is to get on the phone to talk about what you're looking for and have a chance to ask each other questions directly. Following the phone call I will email you a proposal summary of what we talked about, with pricing and the contract agreement. You can then review this in your own time and make the reservation fee payment and sign the agreement online when ready. And I'm always available throughout the process, helpful where needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the summer of 2019 I got my FAA part 107 commercial drone license. I would recommend any drone pilot to get it.
