Emerson responded timely and was already on top of getting the supplies needed for the repair as we were speaking. I needed a special faucet repair and he got right on it. I thought it would take a few days for everything to work out but it all was done in one day and at a good cost. Emerson was efficient and professional - nice guy - I will call him again when I need work done.

5 star service!! From the time I put in the service request until completion everything was amazing. Emerson was very responsive and went above and beyond to help me with my hot water repair leak. He also helped me set the hot water timer on my unit which was a plus. I will be contacting him for any other repairs.

He called & asked if he could come earlier which I definitely agreed to. He reviewed the plumbing situation & did his best to do the work. However, there was a significant new part that was not sent. He said he could remove the old one & use it but not sure it would be the best for us. I highly recommend him.
