My family of four had a wonderful experience with Steve! I only have great things to say about him and his work; he was great with my 4- and 7-year-olds, had great ideas but also asked us what we wanted, really quick turn around on getting the digital images, and the photos turned out fantastic! Highly recommend Kast Photography!

Steve was phenomenal to work with. I scheduled a family photo shoot when we were vacationing in Maui and could not be more pleased with the experience. From the onset, Steve promptly followed up on my initial inquiry, was quick to answer my questions, confirmed the date/time the night before, arrived early, had phenomenal energy, kindly extended his time with us, and sent us all the photos (3x more than expected) within a week. The pictures turned out beautifully. My mom said she wished Steve would have been her wedding photographer was she got married ten years ago. It doesn't get better than that! Everyone had so much fun at the shoot and even considered it one of their favorite Maui activities (even though we went sunrise hiking, snorkeling, and sunset whale watching)! Now that's saying something.

Steve was very flexible with us, which was very appreciated since it was our first photo shoot with a 7-month old baby. We scheduled a 30-minute session but he continued shooting for at least 1-1.5 hours through the changing weather -- sunshine, rain and rainbows. Turnaround for photos was great too -- about a week for proofs online and another week or two until we got the flash drive in the mail. Steve is very professional and a great artist. We will definitely schedule another photo shoot next time we're in Maui. Aloha and mahalo!

I booked Steve for a surprise photo shoot with my husband on our honeymoon in Maui. He was incredibly professional during our correspondence, quick to reply and very knowledgeable about places to have our shoot. He made sure the shoot wasn't awkward and made sure to incorporate some pictures we wanted as well as came up with a ton of great ideas himself! All our pictures are fantastic and we have some amazing memories of our trip! I highly recommend Steve if you are considering a photo shoot of any kind on Maui!
